We hit the Wilson again today :smile:, still very slow on the catching end. I managed a Wild Jack Steelhead that ran about 18" to 20", didn't see any others caught, but then again didn't see many people on the river either. The weather was very much a mixed bag, wind, rain, and calm & sunny. Then the cycle would start all over again wind, rain, and calm & sunny

. All in all my girlfriend and I had a nice, quiet and enjoyable day on the river.

Hey Corkie, I was there with my girlfriend too!

I remembered you were going there and I wondered if that might be you. We had about the same luck-none. Well you did get that jack so you had better luck than we did. Didn't touch a thing. We did see a truck pull up at the Guide Shop hole with a springer in the back that he took a picture with right there. :grin: Now I wish I went up and said hi to you. In any case glad you two had fun, we had a blast even though we were fishless. Maybe I'll see you on the river another time and say hi next time!

Was that you and your GF down below the RV Park? I think we called it quits at about 2:30 or so, the wind was driving me nuts!

That was us! Yeah the weather was annoying to say the least. It would pour one minute and then the sun would come out.

But the wind was the worst of all. Not only was it cold, it made casting difficult. Hope to get another chance to meet ya!
