EE Wilson Friday

Going out tomorrow and try my luck on the pheasants. Will be my labs first real hunt for them so I thought EE Wilson was a good place to start him. He has seen pheasants at the trainers but never been out in the field I hope he does good. If anybody is up for a hunt tomorrow shoot me an email and maybe we can hook up.

First thing in the morning around 8 am is what I am thinking.

We went out today for a few hours in the middle of the day. I got 2 pheasant and my buddy got one. That was in a few hours of hunting in the afternoon and without a dog. With this bad weather the birds hold in pretty heavy cover until there is a break in the weather and then come out onto the roads to dry off and gravel. Good luck.
