Default Meat Processing

What are some of your favorite places to take your deer and/or Elk to have them done up. I took a nice 3 point Mule deer to place just south of Oregon City once and was happy with them but can‘t remember the name of the place it is past CCC about 5-10 miles heading towards Silverton. Does anybody know the one I am talking about? What about around Salem does anybody have a favorite place there?

Boedy:

I beleive the name of the place you are thinking of is Schmidty's Meat and Sausage (503.399.9732). The sign for this place is outside of Salem toward Silverton on Silverton Rd. I took my buck there last year and was actually fairly impressed with the service. Good prices and the pepperoni they made was delicious. If you need any more info just let me know.
