Default Halibut Parmesan

2-4 boneless, skinless White Gold fillet pieces, in portions.
Mix a half and half combination of dried bread crumbs and grated parmesan cheese in dish #1. I add some fresh black pepper and garlic powder to this.
Beat two eggs with a little milk for an egg wash in dish #2.
About a 1/2 cup of flour in dish #3.

Dredge halibut piece in flour on both sides, then into egg wash on both sides, and finally into the crumb mix on both sides. Put onto a clean plate. Repeat for all pieces.

This is my set up.

Grill fish over medium heat in real butter until golden brown on both sides.

Serving suggestion.

Perfect, just what I needed for tomorrow night. I took two of our boys out this past weekend and brought some fresh halibut home. We'll give it a try, thanks.

p.s. Special thanks for those who helped show me the light to halibut fishing, gear, bait, technique, etc. I am sure we'll be back again.

Oh man...am I hungry now I've been meaning to find a recipe for this. Looks like I just needed to IFISH a little more :grin: Thanks for the recipe and nice tutorial B/D
