Early Goose
Did anyone go out today? Lets hear some reports or predictions. I hope to get out tomorrow afternoon.

I got three,my son got 2.Only had 3 small flights come and look.We saw hardly any birds on the island and heard very little shooting.It was great getting out.The dog was happy.The wife happy because now I'll stop practicing with the new goose call.

Saturday morning it sounded like WWIII was starting down in the Estuary on the Salmon river!! Probably close to 100 shots fired, lots of geese flying around.

Went out after work tonight around Chinook Landings. We only got one jack chinook but I did manage to take down a fat goose too. Nothing like that pass shooting. That was one of only 3 birds I saw all day. Pretty slow but I'm all smiles right now.

Out around Sauvies Island there was a small amount of sporadic shooting throughout the day. Didn't get a chance to talk with the ODFW guys.

We went again this morning and got skunked.. I wanted to go again tonight, but my partner had more pressing activities... Truth be told I think he was just afraid I would out shoot him..  Hope to go out again on sunday
