In an effort to educate myself ( key word effort ) I found this story on the ESPN web site.

I am interested in the ifish communities view of this articles content and the basis that lies with in the attached special report.

Give us your thoughts.....

I'm going to read the report while traveling tomorrow and will weigh back in once I'm finished.
