Wind instead tomorrow
Sorry about that Was asking for directions to Merwin, then decided togo to the Wind. Didn't mean to upset your boat
Should have put it on here rather than start a new open seat thread

Re: Merwin tomorrow
North on I-5 to the Woodland exit. Go East until you see the signs for the ramp on the right. It is about 20 miles, I think.

Re: Merwin tomorrow
we cancelled. It was for the better though. Kentucky HogHunter had some work to do and my plate was full as well. Not to mention the rain. A buddy of mone was up there from 8:00 till 3:00 and only caught 8 fish between two people....and his guest got cold. Not my idea of fishing for salmon small enough to hold in the palm of your hand. I am going to go up there tommorrow or possibly head up to wind river. It's supposed to be sunny tomorrow

Re: Merwin tomorrow
Well heres to a happy b-day
Wish I was going too. Yeah, 503 through Amboy will get you there. When you get to Jacks Store take a left the turnoff will be on left, maybe 1-2 miles. Just guessing on the distance but it is well marked.
Went up about a week and a half ago and did pretty well, lost more than landed, of course.
Good luck.

Re: Merwin tomorrow
Frustrating. When you delete your post, then none of the replies make any sense and are not helpful to anyone. I don't get why folks do this???

Re: Merwin tomorrow
Im sure when you read this you will have gone up there. But, just take 503 all the way up to jacks store on the right. You will come to a T and Jacks is on the right......go left about 1-2 miles and Speelyai is on left (sign says hatchery) I may be up there today if the springer fishing isnt good at northfork
