It's a river I plan to fish From Eugene, maybe two or three times a year, with my bro from Portland.

Is it bank accessible? Is the North fork or South Fork better?

When do the fish come???

Tell me, and I'll buy you a

Fish are on their way right now. Should really be worth fishing in a few weeks. Most bank access on the South is from the guardrail as you enter sweethome and a handfull of spots up to the deadline at Foster Dam. I'm don't have much experience on the N fork from the bank but I think most of the bank access is above Lyons. I believe the South gets the majority of the fish. The most productive spot is generally the deadline and wiley cr. but it's elbow to elbow most of the time. Pick up a copy of Fishing In Oregon, it should have plenty of info.
