Default Price to hunt in WA

I was just going to go out and buy my small game license and my duck license. I could not believe it, $32.85 just for my small game licenses. I'm only 16 so I got lucky last year and only had to pay $8.76 for it but come on, $32.85 just to hunt rodents, pests. The only good thing on there to hunt is them Grouse, but a chicken in the store already cleaned and ready to cook is no were near that much. I can see paying $15.00 for my small game and $6.57 for my Migratory bird licenses, but $32.85 no way. I just wanted to say this.
I know I know the money goes to a good cause, but any ways. $96.36 that may be wrong, but its close, but that's to hunt Deer, elk, cougar, and bear and the small game and your Migratory bird license. I think that they should lower the price $10+ dollars. They make a fortune I bet just on people buying small game license and then make a few more on big game.
I love to be in the woods and hunt game but this is keeping me out of the woods. I can't even go out to shoot my guns because I don't have a hunting license. I can't afford to pay for both my hunting and fishing, it looks like fishing won me over this time around so. I'm one that you will most likely not see in the woods or duck blind this year hunting.

It's a nationwide thing....as taxpayers demand that programs pay their own way, license and tag prices go way up. We, as hunters and sportspeople, are going to see our sport (and some cases, way of life) be sold out to all the high $$ people, because many of the younger and/or less fortunate just won't be able to afford to hunt!!!

I don't know the answer, but it's always good to start by identifying the problem.

You will have plenty to buy things with if you will stay away from those girls.... They are the root of all money problems.....Too bad they seem to just to be something we can't do without But take my advice and get all the good guns and other necessary toys before one catches you. Otherwise you will know what a real bummer is.

Bigshark-
 I like your idea, well believe me I'm doing that right now, I just put some money down for my new Winchester 1300 with the black stock and the 21 inch fully rifled barrel and the 28 inch smooth boar barrel.
Even if you can get one that like to fish, you have to buy her a new fishing rod, not no cheap one a good loomis or Lamiglas. Got to get the best fishing reels, like around 80+ dollars. You seem to know. Well, I don't have much room to talk, I really don't want to get my a$$ chewed out for saying something that I should not say.
