My daughter said "lets make one more pass and then we can go home". Well it worked! Her rod took a dive and she played it all the way to the net. Nice fish it was close to #23lbs. We were the last boat off the mouth of the channel down by St. Helens.

We fished down there today as well. My brother (Fish Hawg) caught one about 19 lbs. Nice day out there, but there sure are some real idiots out there. Several times, people in little boats about got swamped from people who go by on half plane making ship waves.

All it takes is for the operator to turn his head and see how much wake he is making and be a little bit courteous. Half throttle does not equal no wake.

Nice catch!!! That sealion would be a tempting paintball target, but doesn't seem to be bothering anyone.
