Nice job Zaq! I went 0 for 2 on the "other" river.
Drive back home was much better than the pass this morning!
Did you see the moron truck driver in the tractor trailor rig who jack knifed his rig up on top? He sailed past us as we were going up and we thought he was crazy. He proved us right.

We were the truck behind you when the tractor-trailer passed us on the blind corner up the pass on the snow packed road. I called it! I told my buddy that he was going to be in the ditch within 10 miles!!! We gave him a hollar as we passed by...

Dougs, that's too funny. We said the same thing as that trucker sailed past us. I wasn't surprised that he jacknifed it. Glad he was OK, but after that, I laughed my butt off, he so had that coming.
We went 0 for 2 as well. I had one fish break a hook on me. And a short while later, got into a real nice 12# plus fish that won the battle after putting up a great fight. Got her close a couple times, but as soon as she saw my ugly mug, she headed downstream to the fast water. I leaned hard on her and she spit the hook like a slingshot. It sailed right over Bills head!
