Great weekend fishing at Clear Lake w/the Kids

Took the kids to Clear Lake on White Pass sunday and had great weather and fishing. Looks like they did the spring planting a week or so ago and they are right on top. Lots of Triploids landed 15" to 18". I always use the Chartruse Roosters 1/8 oz. without weight and can't keep them off the lines. The Kids had a great time with all the fish and got to do some teamwork. Our first springers, Yahoooooo.....Anyone know why the dock is gone at the launch? Makes for tough launching and reloading, but worth the effort for sure! Good luck and enjoy the springer fishing.

Wow those are nice sized trout. Seems like a lot of lakes have 10-12" stocked trout.

Cool pics!! I almost did the same thing on Sunday, but after the nice storm we had here on Saturday I decided to do yard work instead Great job

Yea,
A friend went up there on saturday and he said the storm had just passed him that day. I think it hit us about 2:00 or 3:00 pm in Selah. What a great storm. Not a drop or wind on sunday though. I believe they put a 1000 of those trips in there, so getem while there hot! Happy fishing!
