Spent Friday afternoon, a very wet Saturday, and today sitting on the hook on the upper Willie. Conditions looked to be perfect Friday with temps at 55 degrees, and good color for what was admittedly a few, less than a thousand, hardy springers over the falls. But past experience has proved numbers don't always matter. Well those fish that havent been biters in the lower river, have not changed their habits once above the falls. Other fishers had the same idea with many spots being tried. WaterDog hit it hard too. Not a bump! Zippo, nada. :depressed: Saturdays miserable weather chased most off the water early, but some of us stuck it out to no avail. Even went back out Sunday for more punishment.

Oh well, there's always next weekend if the moss holds off. Yes there is some moss, but not bad yet.
Did get this pic of a double rainbow on Friday--no pot o'gold though...here fishy, fishy...
