Pheasants, Pheasants, Pheasants
Just sending out some feelers.
I'm looking for a few people who would like to raise between 100 and 200 birds. I have the place to raise them from day olds up to flight conditioning. I still have to build the flight pens and varmit control the brooder pens to keep rats and other varmits out of the young chicks. Birds are from $1 to $2 a piece for day to week old chicks. I figure we should be able to cook off between 85 to 90 percent of what we start with. The cost to you would be a percentage of the feed, cost of your birds, and possible a day of work on the flight pens. I will have all the licenses required to raise game birds and make sure we are legal.
These will be great birds to birdy up your young pups or raise them on into Nov and Dec when they are fully colored for sport and the table.
We will split all losses on a percentage depending on how many birds we have compared to the losses. Contact me if you are interested.
Dan!

Re: Pheasants, Pheasants, Pheasants
Dan I would be interested, but I am unsure of what level of contribution I could offer. My primary focus would be on getting our new pup hot for the birds, but I would probably only need a dozen or so over a couple months. Keep me in mind if you get some more support.

Re: Pheasants, Pheasants, Pheasants
I would be interested and I think I have a buddy or two who also might be interested as well. Shoot me a e-mail at edwardsr@esi.com and we can discuss it further.
