"Silent" Muzzlebrake?

Have a hunting partner that's getting ready for a trip to Africa next July (lucky SOB!). He's of course taking a ridiculously large magnum to hunt dangerous game--you know, the kind where if you miss you just crawl down the bore and hide! :grin: He wants to get a muzzlebrake, but doesn't want the deafening result. At any rate, I remember hearing something about a "silent" muzzlebrake being produced by someone in Lebanon, OR (I think that's where it was). Anyone know about these? Any information, and contact info if possible, would be greatly appreciated.
