Need pigeons for birddog training?

I have access to LOTS OF PIGEONS if someone needs to get them for dog training. I have built a trap, but I have yet to set it. I can arrange for birds for folks, if the interest is there, but you gotta pick 'em up. I have used them since my dog was 8 weeks and they are a great training aid.

Where's Mccleary Wa? , I need approx 50/mo Mar, April,June, Aug.
If you are serious I know that every retriever club needs them in the spring-summer, my guess is the going rate is about $3/bird.

I work in Olympia, so I'm about 110 miles north of you. I don't know if I can get enough to supply a couple of bird dog clubs, but I figure I can catch about 10 or so each outing. We've shot over 600 in the past few years and they are still thick as you can believe. I'll start practicing and maybe I can increase my catch rate. I may have to mark some of these guys to see if'n they try to come back. Is that 50 birds EACH month?

There is usually a big demand for pigeons in the spring. We do have one guy doing it but he comes up short sometimes. 50/mo is the figure. You have to make it worth your while, if you get a bunch together there are several clubs that will snatch 'em up.
