Fish report

Just got off the river at Mult. Chann. Fished sun-up till 4:00. Only eye-balled 1 fish going in the boat at the head of the channel, and 1 hanging off a boat in the Columbia.
Still very cold water.
Buy the way, we had only 1 take down.

with all the seals in the area, why would someone tie a salmon off the side of their boat? it seems like just asking for trouble???
