I'll be there. Have Jane Capizzi and Kimmet Winter in my boat. Jane has to win the prize for distance travel to be in the Salmon Quest. She is flying from Vermont for the Quest and then fly back to Vermont on the following day.

Well the Blind Squirrels will be there defending their first place finish last year, However I have a strong feeling that we will probably leave the Banquet this year with our big bushy tail between our legs. It's kinda tough our there and our favorite area is now off limits on Saturday. But oh well, it's for a great cause and fun to see and chat with all the people. And for those of you that have never attended, it's worth the price of the Banquet ticket just hear about the science and see the work that has taken place on the side channel rearing habitat that the funds raised have help create. Hope to see a whole bunch of you there........

I will see you all there. I am bringing my best half and she is definitely a money winner. She won last years Astoria Salmon Challenge big fish and is a serious contender any time she is on the water (which is alot). There is a reason we call her Lucky Laura!!
Hopefuly the Blind Squirrels can find some acorns Hopefully Jane, the gal from Vermont, can put some maple sryup wrap on her outfit and pick up a few springers!!
Look forward to meeting the ifishers at the banquet or on the river.
Good luck to all!!

Kevin
