Default CR near 205

Above or below? That is the question. I can see the hog lines but am curious if anyone is willing to share some knowledge. Thank you.

Below was dead yesterday. Sat on the hook first light to 2:30 didn't see a fish. Trollers caught a few.

I don't think anyone is Zipperlippen...... if there was a bite we would be hearing about it..one way or another.

The few nights I have been on the Willamette I have seen very few boats.........the reports I keep getting is Nada.

And I sat on the rope above, and saw maybe two fish caught all morning. Trollers in the I5 area are doing the best. Green label herring.
