Ifish trip I won with Total Fisherman Guide(pics)
Ok a Few months back I Won this trip on Ifish with Kevin Newell of Total Fisherman Guide service. We Chose the first weekend of April; know there should be some good fish in the river. Well with all the rains this past we were starting to worry as Sunday the 3rd rolled around. But Kevin is a top notch guild and knows springer fishing even if conditions were tough. Well all I have to say is about 9:30am we were trolling along and Fish ON!!!! I take the rod and knowing I have had this horrible native curse (long story) I was praying for a hatchery fish and size did not matter I just wanted to loose that shame of not catching a springer. Well low and behold up I pull was a great 19ld Hen bright and shinny ready for the wood Shampoo!
[image] [/image]
Now when I won the trip I promised I would take DAB along with me just cause well he is my father in law and my wife made me just kidding Don you know I love ya!. So after we get my fish in the box about 30 minutes later Fish on DAB steps to the plate and this fish just takes a scorching run away from the boat a good 80 yards of line is just pealing off the real but DAB being such a pro fisherman managed to reel the fish back and we see it is a big one so he puts the play to it and after a few minutes fish in the net and he had me beat a great 24lb Nookie
[image] [/image]
I just want to say Thank you to Jennie for giving me the chance to win this trip God Bless you Girl! And also I would like to thank Kevin Newell for putting up the trip for the drawing a few months back.
To anyone that wants to get out with a guide and learn and catch fish Please call Kevin. This man knows what he is doing and is Top notch. If he can get me into a springer then he can get anyone into a springer! Thank you again Kevin. God Bless Ryan

Ryan,
That was a lot of fun fishing with Kevin Newell. He is first rate in my book. I learned alot from him and plan to put it into practice.
Thank you Kevin Newell.
