Disabled hunting at Sauvie Island

Hey, I just heard yesterday that you can use a quad to get to your blind on Sauvie Island "if you are disabled". Has anyone else heard this? Is it true? Am I dreamin' or what?

If I've been pushin a cart through the mud, muck and mire for no reason I'll Poop in my waders! Well maybe not but I'll be P'd off.

So, What's the deal? Do you have to have a specific disability, or percentage of disability or what? What's the Poop?

I doubt very much that you can use a quad.I know that if you ask for a ride in and are disabled that after everyone else has gone through the line that they'll do that.
