Default shad?

A friend, Denny Hannah (an ifish sponsor), is heading north next week to warm up his boat and get ready for the season. We'll join him for an early June shakedown cruise.

He wants some shad for halibut bait. Any of you dealers out there have some laying around in a freezer? He's driving through Portland and can probably pick it up...Even just a coolerfull would do. I can come get it...

Thanks!
