Default Sausage and pepperoni
Whats all the good receipes. Also recommendations for really great butchers that make this stuff also in case I decide to duck hunt instead of make it myself.

Dan the most reliable processor of game meat I have found is Butcher Boys on 4th Plain in Vancouver. The make some outstanding RedHots and Pepperoni my wife has all deer made into these (I have to remove the backstraps & tenderlions or she has them ground up too). I had them cut and wrap my Elk this year and they had the meat back to me in 4 days.
