I would like to take the family on a salmon fishing and camping trip at longview rainer area Were is a good place to camp close to a good boat ramp with hook ups for cab over camper.

Kalama has two R-V parks, one by the Kalama River and one just past the marina (which has a boat launch). Which is only a couple a miles up river from Longview.

SOrry for the slow reply, on the Oregon side, there is Hudson Park at the top of the Rainier Hill, go to the top of the hill, turn left on Larson Road, follow it to the stop sign. Hudson park is straight ahead on the left at that intersection. If you launching on Rainier, it's the closest.
