Springers, fa-get-a-bout-it. A few shakers though, take the kids, they dig it and the weather is bee-u-tee-full.

I'm taking a couple newbie sturgeon fishers out on saturday, and I want to make sure and at least get them into a couple shakers.... Were you fishing the upper MC or lower? Thanks.

great weather and some good fishing can't beat that.

Went out today, a little slow. I am moored at coon Island. Find places discarded herring would collect. Did good on herring and smelt, less bites on shad and giant squid. Expect small fish and a soft bite. Good luck. Springers are not here in force.
