Default Tradition...Heart and Liver for Dinner!!
Opening day of Archery in Washington today...I flipped coins on whether to Goose Hunt or Deer Hunt. Deer won and was rewarded with a nice 3x2...He's in the cooler and we all have full tummies!

Now...back to fishing!

He shoots he scores! Way to go. I love fresh liver and onions. I really dive into a pile of elk liver and onions cooked up with pepper bacon.
