got my new bow rest the other day

I finally broke down and bought a Trophy Taker Dropaway rest. Got it sighted in yesterday and love how it shoots. I also got my bow chronographed at 279fps with a 394 grain arrow. A very deadly combination if you ask me!

Well, maybe my fingers were moving 379fps when i tried typing that!

Meant 279fps. I think 379 would be kinda tough to accomplish

well, my old clunker gets about 235 set up for hunting, so 279 is smoking as far as I am concerned.

what bow setup are you shooting?

Its as fast as i want to shoot with broadheads, i originally wanted to be around 270 or so, but i had my broadheads shooting like darts last year at 279. I shoot a Bowtech MightyMite, 29 inch draw at 67lbs.
