drop shot rods?

anyone fish the new lamiglas drop shot rods I'm gonna go pick up the XSP 702 blank next week and put it tougether. rod is suposed to fish great but they are newer & not too much feedback on it from the stores but the price is less than 1/2 of the G-LOOMIS.

I have the XPS703 and like it a lot. Thinking about jumping up to the 704 for deeper river fish and if I was to fish Shasta or Orville may go to the 702 as there's no current. Their a sensitive rod and load up well.

Go to FISHERMENS MARINE in OREGON CITY and talk to a GARY hE IS A MANAGER and he will not lead you wrong .He has abvised me on three LAMIGLAS COMPETITOR series rods . THEY ARE A LITTLE LESS MONEY but are an excellant rod. I love all of them .The first rod that i bought was for tubes . It was a lot stiffer that i would have picked. The first time that i used it i caught 15- more BASS that day and it was because of it being stiffer . In the past i would watch my line jump set the hook and miss fish because my old rod that i was useing was to soft . What a difference.Thank you GARY. For drop shoting he
recomended a 1- Power 6 foot 8 inch 4-to 10 lbs. CS681. It has worked well for me,but do yourself a favor and talk to GARY .He knows all of the latest info and will addvise you what will work best for you . [img]graemlins/applause.gif[/img]
