being a remodeling contractor i have not heard of anyone not wanting to do work on mobile homes. work is work. the job you describe is a pretty easy one, but will take a few weeks of part time work for a good remodeler to do. a couple of things i would suggest is picking out all the new fixtures before you hire a contractor.shower stall remodel style will have to be used. pick the best money can buy i have used ones that jerrys sells and i think the brand is sterling a subsidurary of koholer. very nice. also all shower mixers and new faucets, cabinets, flooring, wall treatments should be chosen before you hire a contractor if possible. so by the time you call the contractors to get bids you will have a very complete specification list for them to bid with.this will get you the job done the quickest and with the least ammount of stress on you with delays waiting for fixtures to show up.get a detailed contact from the contractor you decide to use and it should have all the state required forms attached to it, on your job there will be three at least. all these things together will get you a good job and a stress reduced remodel completed.
