Is there one? I have heard rumors of it, but can't find any info about it.

On the way to the goose station at columbia city from longview i have seen one, right by the road #30. i think it is in rainier?

yup, there is one right on hwy 30 heading out of saint helens towards rainer. just past columbia city a ways. not much to look at, just a few benches in a field. you blink you'll miss it and i'm not sure who you would get in contact with to join.

I've seen the one you guys are talking about, but have never seen anyone there.
When I used to shoot trap in a league, people would mention that there were some pretty big shoots up here. You would think with all of the waterfowl hunting around here there would be a decent size club.

no, we are talking about the gun club/shooting range that exists off of the side of hwy 30 just outside of St Helens heading towards rainer.
I have seen people, on occasion, out there shooting. next time i pass by and there are people out there, i'll stop and get the specifics.
i agree with you Wak, you would think that this would be a great place for a larger gun club. something along the lines of Mitchell's down around Salem.

I've got a friend, who's a shooter, who lives just off of Hwy 30 real close to where you're talking about.
I'll check w/him and see what he knows. If there's shooting there, he probably knows something about it...or can easily find out!
