So today Natester and I headed up to Merwin again, and did some fishing. The key word is SLOW for today trolled about 3 1/2 hours and not a bite. Some boats we saw picked up one or two but none for us

. Though it was a great day out there as far as weather :smile:.

Headed up tomorrow for some sunsoaking and fun with the family. I'll put a rod out for a while.

Any tips on Kokanee fishing? (first time for me)

Thanks for the report, thought about heading up that way today also since the boy was out of school, never got my act together maybe run into you some day up there in upcoming weeks.

Was up there today. Picked up 1 fat 16" koke.

A little windy.
The locals say it is slow at best.
