Dorado with Mango salsa..........try this it's really good. You can aslo eat the salsa with chips, it's great
1 Mango-finely chopped
1 Papaya-finely chopped
1 Red Bell Pepper-finely chopped
1 Avacado-finely chopped
1/2 Sweet Onion-finely chopped
2 table spoons finely chopped Cilantro
2 table spoons Balsmic Vinager
salt and pepper to taste
Mix all well together, refrigerate at least 1 hour for flavors to set together. It's ready to go.
Fry Dorado filets in oil or butter till done, place a scoop or two on top of filet. Serve, I think I will make this tonight !! Kids love it !
