Well for what its worth and its been many years. I always did my best at the North end of the lake. It might be quite weedy this time of year?????
I can't remember the exact lures I was using, either crankbaits or spinner baits. Good luck

As you guessed, the North end is choked full of weeds this time of year. Cullaby can be awesome this time of year but usually starting 2 to 3 days after the first little cold snap and then lasting up until around November 10th, then it gets real tough. The trick is to fish a clean bottom and I could never explain where they all are, but go to the east bank and look for sections of shore with no dollar pads for starters (esp. points). Don't be afraid to fish offshore! Senkos, jigs, and buzzbaits are all great. Good luck! Dave
