Fished Hebb Park off the Willamette last night. The sky was beautiful the weather a bit cool but lots of sun on the water. Saw one nice one jump but nothing went after, worms on the bottom, worms on a bobber, sinking rapula, rooster tail adn panther martin....nothing!

Odd that you didn't get anything, I fished there on sun. and killed them it was windy as all get out lots of wake boarders. What I was using was a 4"black worm with a small split shot about 10" above, cast out let it hit bottom and a chartreuse and black crankbait fished all of the docks and the area next to the ramp, this is normally a great place to fish.
