Default BiMart Open

I was waiting to see if anyone had fished this event before posting, but not seeing one I'll start. It was a great tourney with a lot of old friends fishing. The wind started in the morning and then calmed down some which made running a lot more pleasant. I believe almost everyone caught a bunch of fish. It took 17# to win.
The fish appear to be putting on the feed sacks now as they are getting fatter and definetly have a lot more power than they did a month ago. By listening to everyone it seemed the bite was wide open. We caught a lot using cranks and tubes but only ended up with 11 1/2#.

The BiMart event was held in the Dalles. 28 boats and everyone checked in fish. The wind sure made folks heading down to Hood River bump. I think at least half the fish were caught within five miles of the launch.
