Fishing At CJ Strike

Big Fishy and myself tried our luck at CJ yeaterday. Was on the water at day break...Beautifull morning to say the least!!! Coooooler than it has been in recent days.. Got into some bass in the Bruno Arm but they were all small!!! Although they were tons of fun to catch. Used Crawfish lures and watermelon tubes with the tubes being their preferance. Bring your shade in the midday or get off the water .... it is till very hot over there with the wind kicking up around noon.. Best of luck to all that go over there...

Southwest Idaho. It is an impoundment on the Snake and Bruneau Rivers (where the converge, hence the Snake River arm ot Bruneau River Arm). It's 15 minutes from my front door, and where I fish for Bass and Cats the most. Awesome fishing, but like anywhere it can be tricky.
