Default Curing Trout Roe

Anybody have a good receipe for curing trout eggs? Buddy freezes them with a treble hook in them using an ice cube tray. Not sure the wife would be too happy about that. Thanks.

Eggs is Eggs. A light dusting of any good egg cure works well.

For trout fishing - I think I would stay away from sulfite based cures.

I usually just pack them in white sugar and refrigerate them. Simple cure, and the fish love 'em. Kokanee roe works well too.
