Wow that was one monster fish untill he used it for shark bait. Sharks sure can eat up your catch in a hurry. So far I have not had the experiance of losing a fish to sharks. When I do I'm sure I will give him a piece of my mind. My son was playing around with a shark by splashing the water with his hand untill the Shark decided to investigate. When the Shark got to within twenty feet it dissapeared and my son moved away from the side of the boat rather quickley.

I had my first shark loss last year of a nice chinook only 2 miles out of Garibaldi. I was reeling him in, then he started comming at me! That's when I saw the dorsal fin. 2 bites, and all that was left was a swivel!
