crab off SS Beach, Ft. Steven report ...

I stopped by just a few minutes ago and there were three guys fishing for crab of the SS beach in Ft. Stevens. They are doing really well. All three had 1/2 a limit and had been fishing for about 3 hrs. Seems the incoming tide is hot.

One guy had a crab snare rigged at the bottom and a hook w/ sand shrimp off the top. He was hooking the occasional flounder.

Sand shrimp & clam combo for both the crab and the flounder.

Just a thought i know some of you guys will be coming this way for the big BB tourney in seaside.
