New boat, beauty day!
Here we are launching Bite Factory, our new North River Seahawk 20' at Green Peter today.
Caught a couple 10" kokes after breaking in the motor. Everything worked great. Three adults, three kids and a dog and a great blue sky day.

Nice sled, what size of motor do you have on it! Looks like a Honda!
Have fun and enjoy the rivers!

Re: New boat, beauty day!
We have a new honda 150 and an experienced honda 10. We're thinking the 10 isn't going to cut it in a river though. I love the trim tabs and motor trim for taming the bronco ride. I need to learn more about using these efficiently. I just cranked around on them until things stabilized.

Re: New boat, beauty day!
The thistle creek ramp was open. Water temp was really cold: 43F The water was plenty deep for boating & fishing, mostly 90+ feet.
Here's a site to look at for levels and info: Green Peter levels

Re: New boat, beauty day!
Nope, no Willamette yet. I've just had it on Green Peter last Sunday -- and it's just killing me! This weekend I'll work on it some more -- sharkhide, flush mount pole holders and anchor nest. VHF icom M402S and shakespeare 5225FLT antenna is in the mail. Downriggers in the mail. Crab davit sometime soon. Yikes, sounds a bit much listing it out like that.

Re: New boat, beauty day!
JohnE,
Sweet ride - good name as well.
How was that Green Peter launch - not too far out of the water I hope. I could use some koke fishing with my little girl.
Thanks, 5-Salt
