Yammi Recall!
I just got a letter about a recall on model year 2002-2005 F225, LF225, F200, and LF200 Yamaha outboards. It has to do with some throttle linkage and such that can cause the motor not to go into neutral and stay at a fast idle, possibly causing a mishap. I think they mean crash there. :depressed:. You are to call your nearest dealer........so on and so on.
I actually had this happen one time. It was kind of like shooting the hole at depoe for the first time. Just thought I would get the word out.
