Default Help with Reel Schematics

I'm looking for reel schematics for an Ambassadeur 1500 C and 2500 C. Reels are the gun metal gray color and probably built about 1976 or 1977. I normally clean and service all my own reels but started on the 2500 C and it was somewhat different than what I'm accustomed to with my 6501's and Curados. I guess I feel more comfortable with the schematic in front of me while I'm up to my elbows in grease and springs.

Anyone have one of these reels they would be willing to send me a copy of their schematic? How about a website? Tried the ABU but their schematics do not go back that far.

Requesting Ifish guidance:

Watch your PM, I will forward links to two different websites with Schematics to most all old Abus. The AUP prevents listing them here.

Fatfish,
If you decide to sell them, I will be interested. They are different from the norm. I sent my to Ollie Damon to have serviced.

Fatfish, you are very brave guy. I once took apart a reel and then went to Ollie Damon's for help. They gave me a complete parts list and schematic for my reel. I had intended to leave it with them but they provided such good answers that I took it home and made it work. I was so proud. They wanted to keep it for three weeks and it would have cost about $30 to re-assemble it. Seems that I did all the hard part wehn I took it apart.

I am confident they will have a schematic and do the same for you. They are good people, even if they are the only ones in town that can bail us out when needed.
