Thanks, but great appreciation goes to RFA Janice for getting the Articles of Incorporation together and filing them. There's a few things that, by law, have to happen before we have an "official" organizational meeting... so we're workin' on it. Not meaning to leave anyone out of the process, just trying to follow the letter of the law.
