Default Wind River regs?

Why am I not finding any info about a Springer season in the Wa. regs? When does it open? Limits? Size restriction?

I don't need glasses, honest. Well maybe I do.

Why don't you come to Olympia in the morning and hear what the Washington Commission thinks about your season? They'll be giving direction on the allocation to their staff for final negotiation by the Columbia River Compact. The decision tomorrow will provide the limits for what the WDFW wants to see ... indications now are that we'll be looking at an early closure, or just a couple or three days a week below Bonneville when the fishing gets good in April. It seems almost certain that the allocation to sport fishermen will be lower than last year or the year before ... Come to Olympia and hear the Governor's appointees make the decision!
