Where do I find a Small Chest Freezer????
I have been looking all over for a SMALL chest freezer and can't locate one smaller than 5.0 cu. ft.
I know I can pick one up at Lowes (5.0cuft for $139.00) but I would like to buy one around 3.6cuft.
Anyone know where to find one?? I can buy one online & pay a small fortune in shipping but would really like to avoid that kind of cost.
HELP!!!

Try Sears or Standard ......they have lots of appliances

I've tried Lowes, Home Depot, Sears, Judd & BLack, Conklins, Best Buy, WalMart, Camping World, Jack Roberts, and a couple of others I can't remember.
The only one I have found was online by the name of Haier. They make 3.6, 5.0 models but the shipping was as much as the Freezer.
Just hoping someone out there knows where to get them local (OR or WA).

Haier is a good brand, I have a small fridge in my office made by them. It must be three or four years old now and runs just like the first day.
sorry I can't help you with the chest freezer I picked up a 9 cuft standup about 6 years ago and have been looking for a replacement for it but haven't found one in the right price range.

It would be worth a call to Standard Appliance in PDX. They have a lot of items. I just bought a freezer there two weeks ago, and they beat Sears in price and selection.

Lowes in McMinnville carries the 2.5 or 3.0 freezer.

i sell freezers and sears does not have anything smaller than a 5.0 cu ft. we used to have the 3.6, and i THINK you can still get it at bi-mart. it's the same width and depth as a 5, just not as tall.

I got one you can have - free, course it doesnt work, but it is the right size! The compressor runs - I assume it just needs a recharge. Free for the price of getting it out of here.
