First Tillamook springer

Jennie, you asked who will catch the first Tillamook Springer. OK. First we have to get through the Portland sport show, Feb. 4-8, then the Tilllamook STEP Conference, March 26-28. Then I will meet you on the bay for a fight over the first SPRINGER. Let's see what shall the bet be--??!!....hummm-- I think you will come up with something, Maybe we could let other ifisher's in on the bet. What do you think,,,,what do others think. If we let others in on the bet, do we have to tell where the hot spots in the bay are and at what time of the tide they need to be there? You let me know. Now remember we know when the first springers show up, should we tell the dates. Jerry

March with the first Springer? Are you referring to the coast only? I know a couple spots for coastal springers, might be able to join in on this....

I am talking about Tillamook Bay. Shucks I hope to have several of those Portland Springers way before Tillamook fish even think about showing up. Jen. are you going to take me up on this? You can't live on that skinny little thing you caught last year, this is a new year. Jer
