They're ugly but I tie my own. I mostly use marabou since it's cheap and tie some in various sizes, weight, and colors so I have a variety to chose from depending on the conditions.

if you don't want to put a lot of effort into it just tie up a bunch of marabous . pink and white, black and blue, black and purple,
or whatever looks good to you.. I like tying them on cheap mustad hooks because i plan on loosing a lot of them and i don't want a lot of time invested in a fly i am giving to the rocks. and the mustads sharpen very nicely

One thing about marabou is it's very lightweight. I like to add wt to some of my flies, especially cold water flies, but don't want them to be anchors. A little wt helps with the cast, at least for me. I have taken to adding a short rabbit strip tail. Not a lot of rabbit as it water logs and a heavy rabbit fly can be harder to cast. The tail with marabou body is a good combo.

Here's a couple of patterns that I tie up for the WA penn rivers and the Satsop and Noochy. Its tough work in the weather, but worth it. I usually punch these out with my 7/8 Mieser and leave my 8 on the rack. I'm not sure its been out of the case in a couple of years, now that I think of it. This basic pattern I tie up in multiple maribow colors and usually only take 10 casts and then change color, trying to guess what they're hitting that day.
