Default Sad Sight (wreck)

Coming home from work yesterday I saw a pretty bad wreck at the Allen st. exit of I-5 in Kelso Wa. I didnt get a good look. But it looked like somebody towing a real nice, big boat, maybe Alumaweld, rearended a newer Ford pickup. The back end of the Ford was destroyed. The front end of the tow vehicle was really smashed. It looked like the boat was about 1/2 way into the bed of the pickup.

I really hope everybody involved is ok.But it looked like a pretty bad situation.

I drive I-5 everyday to work and back.160 miles round trip.So I see a lot of this type of stuff.(wrecks in general)It seems like its gotten worse the last few months.I've just been seeing way too many accidents.Every time, I just hope and pray the people involved are alright. And thank God that I made it home safe.

All you people that are out driving, please be safe, pay attention. Not just to yourself, but also to the other drivers. And have a safe trip.

Rick

Good advice. Also wish the people in small cars who have never pulled a trailer would give a thought to stopping distance of the heavier rigs on the road too. Too often I see them cut into slots they shouldn't, then immediately hit the brakes so they don't hit the next vehicle. Not a clue how close they came to a Darwin award.
