Default Where to bank??

Anybody know of some fishable banks along CR I usually fish off Sauvie or Raineer. Since I live in SE Portland(almost Gresham) I was thinkin of tryin something closer so maybe I could fish AND get that lawn mowed etc. (any info would be appreciated) Sandy beaches are preferable but rocks could also work. any ideas

Try Prescott or Rainer (Diblee), both are good spots.

The main reason I was lookin for some spots wasn't because mine aren't workin, it was so I could squeeze some weekday fishin in. I'm lookin to go out today. I'm thinking of tryin the CR where it meets the Sandy but not sure of the access to it . It's probably rocky so you could probably find good rocks for wieghts to plunk. Maybe you could drift some eggs into the CR from the Sandy. Sounds like some exploration time but ya can join if ya like. I was thinkin about headin out around 1pm

Where's or how 2 get- to Prescott Beach ? Do I need a weapon to find a spot? I'm not a huge fan of Combat style fishin and don't like 200 people watching me catch fish then giving away my special secrets

I know that you can access the mouth of the sandy from the old renolds aluminum plant, when the plant was operational you had to check in with them and get a pass to park there, no big deal. Im not sure how its is now. Its not too much of a hike you might have to bust some brush. The Sandy river shores are rocky but the CR has a nice beach. Ive seen guys catch fall chinook from the bank there several times.
