Default 2 more springers in the boat

Well yesterday there was a lot of boats on the water and a lot of rocking and rolling from the wakes and wind, but we did manage to land 2 nice springers that were hatchery. Took out my soon to be father inlaw and he had the hot rod for his first time ever springer fishing. It was a little hard for him to get used to fishing for springers because he is a boat sturgeon fisherman and he always picks his rod up when the tip moves. I tried to tell him not to do it this way on these salmon but he didn't listen until his last fish and the only reason that happend was because I was standing in front of his rod and would not let him get to it. But he then found out why you dont touch the rod until it is hammered down. He landed about a 16 lb. springer for his first one ever. He also lost or missed 4 other would be take downs that he grabbed the rod. Pretty good considering all of the times that I have taken him we have never caught a keeper fish, weather it be sturgeon or salmon. He always brought the bad luck. Good day on the water with the weather.

Good Luck
